Have real bulk stock on hand from before the cutover date? These balances start from zero at cutover — they don't know about physical inventory that was sitting in tanks before you started using this system. If that applies to you, log an "Opening Balance" run using the "Deposited in Bulk Storage" / "Winery, Received in Bond" entry type, dated on or just before the cutover date, for whatever you actually have on hand — that gives the balances an accurate starting point.
